It's a pretty good place to do spin. The bikes are fully adjustable and the instructors are great at keeping you motivated to go hard and doing your best! Facility is well equipped with towels, filtered water fountain, shower space and even has a smoothie bar. I really enjoy going to Jilly's classes as she motivates you to do your very best and the instructions are clear and easy enough to follow. I haven't really tried the other instructors because they don't fit my schedule but I'm sure they are on the same caliber. Definitely recommend if you want to spin spin!

I love love love this place. My friend bought me month long pass for here and I went as much as I could, even though I lived on the opposite side of the city. HELLUVA WORKOUT! The staff are friendly and informative, they keep you involved in what's going on adn they always seemed to remember my name. They have showers, towels, hairdryers, straighteners, shampoo and all the fixings I needed to get ready. It's incredibly useful when you're heading straight to work afterwards and you don't have to even think about what to bring with you other than clothes and makeup. 100% would recommend.

Spinunity is one of the most unique and bad-ass spin studios we've been to. Like ever. Although it's a bit out of our way since we're not Sherwood Park locals, the spray paint decor a la Fresh Prince, the basement garage vibe, and the cross-functional spin classes gave us a KILLER full-body workout that left us sweaty, happy and energised.

Great spin studio, offers a wide range of classes and instructors. Super cool special events, speciality music themed classes. Also there is child minding for parents. And the owners are the most amazing people. Definitely worth the jaunt to Sherwood Park.
