Horrible place, I came from out of town to visit a family member ,I wanted to work out after 6 pm then got treated like I don't belong here, instead of feeling welcome and feel surrounded with people that encourage and welcome working out, I was escorted out because I don't have a membership, and when I asked if I can pay for drop ins he said come back in office hours as the guy who runs it is busy working out. I don't encourage anyone to work out at that place i have been working out for many years and people who act that way,( the selfish) way don't represent any of leadership of any sort of success.

I was there when Ahmad Sharif came to the gym. It was 7pm (after hours) and I was training with Jason, the owner, but we were both about to leave. This dude comes to the door and wants in, so with Jason's OK I swipe him in. Jason asks him what he wants, and tries explaining to him that drop in is only for business hours since no one will be around to swipe him out, but the guy won't make eye contact and was acting super sketchy. He makes up a story about waiting for friends, so Jason checks the membership list for the friends' names but no such members come up. Jason then tries to get him to fill out a waiver but even that is clearly something the guy doesn't want to do. After about 10 minutes of trying to get a straight story from the guy, Jason says he can buy a membership for $50 or leave, because he (Jason) is leaving and after hours is for members only. The guy refuses to buy a membership, so Jason walked him out. Later we find out he had been coming after hours for a few nights and other members were swiping him in and he was getting free workouts. So yeah, Ahmad, try not being a sketchy scab, pull out your ear buds and make eye contact when you talk to people, and stop being a free loader and getting mad when you get caught.

Wide range of equipment though obvious predilection for power lifting and free weights over cardio. Don't let the garage atmosphere bother you.
