I signed up for a one week trial and did another drop in class and I really enjoyed the classes. I have attended their slower classes like the candlelight class. Great studio, friendly and helpful instructors. The only thing I would say that isn’t great is the number of calls I receive from them. I have gotten calls asking if I like the studio and if I’d like to continue attending classes. Very friendly and such but the number of calls is really excessive. I was called twice in one day on one occasion :/ I’ve attended about 8 classes and have been called at least a half dozen times. It’s great that they care enough to call but they need to keep a record of who they’re calling so they’re not being so spammy.

Amazing supportive motivating staff. Killer workout every time. Great energy and everyone is super friendly. Take it as a good sign that classes book up a week in advance and are always full. That’s how great this place is!!

Not really a yoga studio. I signed up for the 1 week trial and attended 6 classes - 3 x yoga and 3 x fitness. I found the yoga classes did not focus enough on form and modifications were not generally offered. Props were not integrated into the class, but we're available. The fitness classes were high intensity, loud music, yelling affairs. Great if that's your thing.

Have been going here for a year and a half. Instructors are fantastic, the management team is always well organized and very supportive/helpful and their classes are an absolutely amazing workout! Thank you!
