Renee is an incredible yoga instructor. My husband has been attending her classes for almost 2 years and has enjoyed both the studio's atmosphere and his experience. He has found her classes challenging while pleasurable. After observing his growth with his yoga classes, and after overcoming my personal battle with illness I decided to have Renee teach me privately. My experience and progress has been nothing short of exceptional. We would highly recommend "In Balance Health Yoga" to anyone interested in taking a yoga class or learning about "mindfulness!" Thank you Renee!

If you are looking to take a yoga class in an intimate studio with personalized teaching this is the place to go. Renee has so much experience as a yoga teacher, fitness instructor and kinesiologist that you will not be disappointed, especially if you have any physical weaknesses. She has a wide selection of courses throughout the week which range from Back Care Yoga to Meditation. My favorite is the Strength and Balance which is doing yoga poses with fitness bands or on an exercise ball.
