Melissa is a great instructor! She always takes the time to correct your form so you don't end up hurting yourself. The classes are always challenging, but fun and motivating as well.

I thought spin class was only for women and I was nervous at first but in the end it was a great experience. Wonderful instructor and a friendly group of people. I highly recommend it!

Warm and welcoming environment. I couldn’t have made it to the mom and baby class without Melissa’s help - she held one of my twins for me the the entire time. What great service. I can’t wait to go back!
