So far, I've only taken prenatal classes here, but my experience has been wonderful. Good teachers, nice studio, and it's helpful that there are prenatal classes offered at Yoga Trees around SF, to accommodate any schedule. Also, I love the per-class rate as opposed to a monthly fee.

We are all busy and fast and fabulous, yes. Yoga is slow, and involves tie-dyed pillows and sometimes there is a need for uncomfortable group chanting. Also, it is slow. I felt the same way, my stiff legged friends, but after one Yin Yoga session at the conveniently located Valencia Yoga Tree, my mind was altered forever. Yin Yoga is the Fountain of Eternal Youth. Goodbye, chair butt! See you never, terrible computer pain in my left shoulder. Yin Yoga has banished you to an alternate reality where I never tried Yin Yoga. In conclusion, Yoga Tree can turn your stiff, dying 30 year old body into an elastic, strong, super body that will live forever. Try it.

You can't go wrong with any of the Yoga Tree locations, but I really love the Valencia site. The teachers are great, and I love the variety of classes and styles they offer. Pete's happy hour class is a blast, and Dina's Yin yoga is so calming. Jane's pre and post natal classes are a must if you're pregnant or just had a baby.

Incredible space for you to practice and develop your practice. All the instructors are very accommodating to your needs. Sometimes it gets crowded, but that's part of the community experience.
