I was very happy with this yoga studio when I first attended, but that has completely been shattered and I now regret have ever gone to that yoga studio. I wanted to terminate my membership as I am no longer able to go to the classes due to my work schedule. I emailed about this on a Wednesday, and did not get a reply back on Friday saying how I had to pay for the next month as I did not cancel my membership on or prior to the 15th of the month. This would have been fine if that information had been readily available; I can not find this information on their website. I have asked for where this information is, this may have been on the contract I signed and I would love to see this, but I have still have not heard a reply back. I asked not to be charged the extra $30 fee for a mat and towel rental as this was not part of the original contract membership fee but I was still charged for it. The reason this is so disappointing is because there is always a receptionist at the studio, every single day, prior to all classes who are supposed to be checking emails. The owner was even at the studio when I emailed about not being charged for the extra fee. I have heard the owner even state that she pays her staff to be on top of emails, and this was in response to another member having to follow up on an email she sent with no reply (it sounded like she was charged for a class she emailed to have cancelled, but I can not say that was it for sure). "Sorry I didn't get this email until now" is not an excuse, I am just ignored and seen as one last payment to them.

Love the friendly atmosphere. Positive encouraging teachers. Kier and Carole are my favourites! Clean facilities. A happy environment. Not snooty!!

This studio offers a special environment, with wonderful owners and instructors who truly care about each and every person who walks through the front door. I would encourage anyone who is looking to improve their overall health to consider becoming a part of the Hot Yoga Sidney community.
