I thought Ashtanga yoga is men's yoga and Mysore class is specifically designed for yoga instructors. So, I did not dare do these. I've trained at this place for over a year. Now I think I should have started yoga here. Really good hands-on for correcting my posture and instructor's patience. (I am not an athletic person. I gave up to make postures many times, but Ashtanga yoga's instructors never gave up until I made it.) I have been inspired by not only great instructors but other trainees who focus themselves when practicing yoga.

Great place to learn an authentic style of yoga. I find it very challenging so far, but it is worth it. Good teachers and environment.

I chose Ashtanga as the place to try yoga for the first time based on their proximity to home and the beginner program they offered. I'm jsut two months in and I don't really have anything else to compare it to but for me the experience has been fantastic! The staff are super encouraging and helpful and give just the right amount of push... and for me the work at your own pace style of Ashtanga is perfect.

It's a very friendly and welcoming community. The instructors are very knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous about what Mysore classes would be like, but the beginner program helped build my confidence. Really liking it here!
