I love this neighbourhood yoga studio! Clean, updated, relaxing studio with great quality equipment. Class sizes are small so you get a lot of one on one attention often with customized workouts/stretches. The owner makes a point of connecting with all her clients. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, always well prepared and have a ton of specialized training. Classes are easy to book online too! I won’t be cramming myself into overflowing gym yoga classes anymore!

#thrivestudiovictoria is my favorite places to practice yoga in the city! There is a great variety of class types, with unique, supportive, friendly Instructors who very much exude the love of their practice. The class sizes are small and intimate and this allows for excellent one:one support to each client. There are many props available to challenge and adapt poses, and this is a really unique part of Thrive Studio's appeal! The massage and acupuncture treatment room is a great size as well. There is a warming table and soft music that really helps you relax. Kim, the owner, shines from the outside in! She is so friendly, thoughtful and supportive; she truly is a gem!

I’ve had both a massage and yoga class by Emily and they were fantastic! Lovely studio and environment!

Kim does a fabulous job of massage, acupuncture and cupping. She knows her stuff and can ground you when stressed or help to get the knots out of tight muscles. The exercises classes are also small with top notch instructors that pay attention to your every move. A lovely neighborhood studio with lots of parking.

Highly recommend Thrive! I cannot say enough positive things about the studio. Kim creates a welcoming space with small class sizes and an individualized approach in classes which make it incredibly enjoyable. Classes are easy to book online and there is a variety of options that are suitable for everyone.
