Above average hotel gym. Every machine available some free weights, TRX, squash court, treadmill. Lap pool, hot tub, steam room, dry sauna with free towels and lockers. Drop in is a little pricey but worth it. They have punch card deals and kids are half price. Friendly staff and not overly busy. Very clean and organized

not sure if worth the admission, but really it exists for hotel patrons at the grand pacific. very nice facility and not crowded. excellent gym, pool has open swim and lanes for laps as well as very hot hot tub, sauna and steam room and a shallow kids pool(all water is kept warm enough to not be chilled).

At $17 to use the swimming pool Victoria Athletic Club is a joke. The facilities are not even worth $7. This place is a tourist trap that overcharge the unexpecting, far better option in Victoria for a 1/4 of the price. Avoid this place and do not support this blatant greed. Alternative with better facilities: - Oak Bay Rec - Crystal pool - The YMCA - Aqua Pacific
