A warm and welcoming studio, with the most incredible energy. This gem of a studio has been my favourite place to practice for the last three years - the teachers are generous, compassionate and knowledgeable and the classes range from the most relaxing yin to the most challenging power class. The class size is always small, and the other students are always encouraging and friendly. The studio celebrates its birthday with a yearly party and a free outdoor class. They offer work exchange for folks who cannot afford class. They provide all of the mats, bolsters, straps and blankets you'll need. They also frequently offer workshops - I took acro-yoga, and it was so much fun! If you're looking for a sense of community, and a great place to start or further your yoga journey, this is the studio for you.

The instructors at this studio are amazing. I have gone to power classes and gotten a fantastic workout as well as yin classes that are amazingly relaxing. The instructors really try to ensure that everyone in the class is getting the most out of the time.

First visit there today, i appreciate the traditional yoga practice, not the TRENDY HOT YOGA. Great location easy enough to park, small and cozy, i will be back.

I started going to Yoga Spirit when it first opened and I've loved it since. Anytime I do yoga anywhere else I think "it's not as good as Yoga Spirit". The teachers truly care about you and the class sizes are small and intimate. I love this studio.

I found the studio small, boring and awkward. I tried a couple different classes and it wasn't really a good fit for me. I kindly asked for a refund on my remaining classes as I bought a pack of 10, they said no and that I should give my classes to my friends. Unfortunately I don't have any friends who want to go to the small, boring and awkward studio :) It was a bummer for me.
