I had a week to enjoy this location, going almost every day to expirience a larger range of classes. The instructors I had were so lovely, each considerate in their own way, and strongly encouraging protecting the body from hypertension throughout the practice through showing different postures and activity vocalizing we should not have the same expectations of our bodies. The yoga + Pilates fusion in particular was new to me. The intense toning and cardio makes for a lower stress, high inpact work out. It was fun to see all the different weights and tools worked in. The main thing keeping me from returning is that there are no showers onsite. Getting a chance to jump in a shower right after hot yoga is such a delightful privilege. As I usually take public transit to the location, it is deeply unpleasant to soak in my juices cultivated over the practice.

great customer service- they'll follow up and encourage you! Good workout during the fall. Small, but not many people when I went there (early mornings usually) so worked out, wasn't too hot.
