really small studio, hard to get enough room to workout. classes are good with some teachers MUCH better than others

May 24, 2017
I came here when the studio just opened and I really enjoyed my time here, Lily and Robert are the nicest owners! I really enjoyed the fitness classes and all the instructors are really knowledgeable and caring. They really let you listen to your body and rest when necessary. Lily also was really accommodating to making the classes affordable for students and people who need a flexible schedule. I really wanted to come back to the studio to join (I'm currently doing a 9-5 practicum placement downtown) but I had a terrible experience with the person working the reception desk and I don't know that I would return. I had arrived (after bringing all my yoga stuff downtown and back) and walked to the studio from Joyce station. I told the receptionist I wanted to buy a one month pass but he told me there wasn't really a one month pass for students and I should get Lily to call me and I had no way of attending that night's class unless I bought a drop in pass tonight and a month pass the next day (which understandably is a waste of money). He repeatedly told me there was no way I could attend the class, so I ended up just leaving after lugging all my stuff all around the city and had to walk home in the pouring rain. Honestly, this place would be a 5 star review for me but for the experience I had with the receptionist. **EDIT: After I posted my review, I received a call from Rob and I've updated my star rating based on the follow up and Lily and Robert's dedication to customer service.

Best yoga studio ever! The instructors are friendly, welcoming, and incredible at what they do. I love how there's a wide variety of classes to choose from and that you can easily reserve a spot for any class online. The owners really care about you and have created an awesome environment and community. The studio is modern, clean, and there's free parking right beside it.
