The studio and the washroom are quite small (no changing rooms; little space to change after class) which is the only downside. Other than that, the studio is great and offers a variety of classes so there is always something for everyone. The Deep Stretch & Relaxation and Hot Yoga Core are my favourite classes. The new owners and the instructors are also very welcoming! Highly recommend.

I used to love this studio, unfortunately under new ownership they cram wayy too many people in the room for classes. Hot yoga becomes much less enjoyable when you're worried about accidentally linking arms with the equally as sweaty stranger beside you and you're focused on spacial awareness rather than the practice itself. Also rarely do instructors correct postures which is the basis of a healthy practice - and could lead to unsafe habits and potential injuries.

Oxygen Yoga and Fitness Coquitlam is now under brand new ownership and management. It is a completely renovated studio with new professional hot yoga flooring and a new and improved look, feel and vibe. The schedule also offers more classes and time slots than before.

great studio, great workouts and timing of schedule for those unable to attend in the day time! instructors of all different styles, all very supportive and helpful if you're new!

Wow! Never tried yoga before, let alone hot yoga and it was so fun. Class sizes were perfect and that really made the difference for a first timer because it allowed the instructors to give me attention and help me with whatever I needed. They really know there stuff and will be back! Highly recommended.
