I love this place. Prior to this my experience with yoga was classes at fitness centres. Fluorescent lights, cold giant rooms, and a low key competitive clientele. Those classes usually focus on strength building with the same routines - sun salutations ad nauseum. I avoided yoga studios because I thought if yoga at the gym is this much pressure yoga at a studio is probably worse. I could not have been more wrong! This studio is warm and cozy. The staff are super friendly and the teachers incorporate the physical needs of students into the routines. They go around and ask if people have specific needs before the class. Each teacher has a totally different approach and a wide repertoire so you could go every day and not get bored. Some of the classes are super chill and the people who attend are not at all competitive because it’s just not that vibe. It feels like a safe and accepting place. Best part - if you go at the right time and pick the right spot you can catch the sun setting on the lions.

I love this space and the intimate class sizes. It is such a great location on the main bus route on Broadway, however, you can't hear the loud traffic outside. Great inviting, warm and very down to earth atmosphere. Really nice instructors with warm energy. I like the vibe of the other participants in the class too. I have somewhat of a complex about yuppiness and attitude and there was none of that here. Bonus was that I love how I can warm up with a nice cup of tea. Love just yoga :) Great for beginners and experienced yoga enthusiasts.

"Just Yoga" -The name says it all! An extremely welcoming studio where I come to "Just Be". All the teachers are unique and bring all sorts of comfort and knowledge to each class. There is a wide verity of classes that I find myself being challenged in many different ways. Thanks to everyone who makes this a special place! (Teachers and fellow Yogis) Scott

Would like to keep it a secret so it doesn't get too busy, but this studio deserves the recognition. Am fit 53 y.o. with some chronic body pain. Attend morning and early afternoon classes; come out pain free and floating as if I've had a full body massage.Teachers here are very attentive to your own personal needs. Teachers & participants are also respectful of each other and don't bring their own egos/anxieties/problems into the class. Special thanks to Sian, Thomas, and Neo.

Very friendly and welcoming place for beginners of all ages. I've tried 4 different types of class with different teachers and found them accessible for a beginner like me.
