I love coming to Modo NV for my yoga classes! The staff are super friendly and create a nice welcoming environment. When I had my first few classes I was a little nervous because I had done hot yoga classes elsewhere and sometimes (especially when you first start) you may need to lay down to take a break from the heat (it happens!) and the instructor had always made a big deal about it; however, every class I’ve been to at Modo, the instructor encourages you to listen to your body, so if you need to rest, then rest, it’s your time to listen to what your body needs! They’ll even come and help you with any pose that you’re unsure of or may need adjustments for. The environment is super clean and cozy too - I look forward to every class I attend!

As a student and instructor I can confidently say I believe in this studio whole heartedly. The instructors here form a knowledgeable and tight knit crew. Matt has cultivated a community of openness, warmth and positivity. Seeing people walk out of classes with a smile makes my day. Humbled and thankful to be part of this community

Modo yoga is a great environment to learn and continue your yoga practice. The facility is very clean and comfortable. I started with very little yoga experience and loved the atmosphere and techniques Modo yoga focuses on. Highly recommend Meagan for a coach as she is very good at guiding and communicating the movements in a way that you can learn with a sense of ease and carry with you throughout your practice with any other instructor.

I've been doing yoga for years and have tried a lot of different studios, but this place is a gem. Yes, the studio and change rooms are nice and clean, yes, they offer a variety of styles to suit everyone (for a real challenge, try the Barre classes), but the real difference is the instructors and staff. Matt has put together a fantastic team. Everyone is knowledgeable and super friendly. They were greeting me by name after my 2nd class!!
