This Place Is AMAZING! It's a gem of a studio - the instructor's and atmosphere feels very warm, friendly and there is even a sense of community. I feel very at home and supported developing as a relative beginner to what I call the "Vancouver-Level" fitness of the others practicing here. I have a lot to learn but I'm enjoying it. Maybe ask them to recommend a mat too as it is super sweaty and worth getting the right one too!

Doing a two week trial and the classes have been great. The only problem is that the classes in the evening are booked up for a few days in advance, but I've noticed that closer to the class time people cancel and they free up. The staff have been great!

I love the classes that are offered here and they have a great selection of instructors that I have gone to in the past at another studio. I'm a big fan of classes that combine pilates and yoga for a good sweaty workout. Unfortunately, the studio itself is very small for this popular location. The classes are usually full and packed like sardines. I often have to arrive VERY early just to get a space. The change rooms are even smaller. There are two small showers with complimentary amenities like shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer (upon request at the front desk). Due to the small studio space and cutthroat nature of the class attendance, I will not return to this studio.

Oh am I ever a loyal customer of oxygen yoga and fitness. I practiced hot yoga at 3 locations in Vancouver so far; Yaletown, Fairview, and the one on broadway and Burrard, and I loved each one of them! You will surely get a good workout, a good sweat, and come out of a hot room feeling great! I would recommend oxygen to everyone who wants to practice hot yoga!
