I have been attending prenatal classes and absolutely love them! I feel much more confident as our due date approaches, with what I have learned in these classes. The instructors are very very knowledgeable, funny and awesome! I wish I had found Kukoon earlier in my pregnancy!

This is a great class with lots of information for mother's to be. The instructor for the saturday classes is so personable and very knowledgeable. I only gave this three stars as I find there is a lot of talking and knowledge sharing and not as much yoga as some other classes out there. I was hoping they would be more focused on yoga poses and movement as I attend birth classes as well. The weekend classes are one hour and the yoga portion seems to be 40 minutes of that time. If you are looking for a mix between pregnancy/birthing classes and yoga this is the class for you. Highly recommended!

Kukoon Yoga is the perfect place to have your "me time" while pregnant. Amazing tips to get through pregnancy and birth smoothly in a fun environment. I would highly recommend being under Salina and Christina's care to any expecting woman in the area.

I wish I have heard about Kukoon Yoga since my first trimester of pregnancy. The prenatal classes on Thursdays/Saturdays are a treat for every mamma to be. The instructors are amazing. After each class I feel regenerated and ready for labour/birth. =)Thank you, Salina and Christina. Looking forward to join Kukoon yoga classes in the postpartum as well.

Signing up for pre-natal yoga with Kukoon was one of the best decisions I've made for this pregnancy. I found Salina's classes to be the perfect mix of moving my body, learning tools to help with labour, and time to connect with my baby. I would highly recommend Kukoon yoga, and will definitely be signing up for Baby & Me once this little guy arrives.
