Loam Yoga in Anmore is a very inviting, calm, serene yoga studio. Anthea Hughes is a truly amazing teacher and I have learned so much about yoga in the years I have been her student. The classes at Loam are encouraging, challenging and peaceful - exactly what you would want in a yoga class and studio. I look forward to every class I attend and would recommend the studio to anyone.

Anthea's yoga classes are always a joy to participate in - I leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. The studio location is in a wonderful, serene forested area and the space encourages movement, stretching, breathing and flow. You can find yoga classes for a variety of interests and levels and Anthea provides modifications of poses within the classes to accommodate your needs. Great teacher. Great space.
