I feel so luck to have a yoga studio I love close to me! The staff here create a wonderfully therapeutic and relaxing environment. It is convenient that you can just show up for any class, instead of signing up ahead of time. The studio is always kept very clean. I've recommended Kushala to many friends and will continue to do so.

I’m not exactly the embodiment of a Yogi but I practiced yoga at Kushala for more than a year and found the experience fantastic. During this time I was also doing CrossFit and I found the combo fantastic for my overall physique. I had to quit as an old foot injury was aggravated with yoga but wish I’d been able to continue. My wife volunteers at Kushala and it’s a huge part of her exercise deveined Highly recommended.

Great space and great instructors. It's a bit pricier but there is a good selection of classes and time slots to fit every schedule and skill level. I particularly like Pilates Yoga Fusion with Nicole. You work up a good sweat and listen to pop music instead of standard yoga background music.
