A yoga studio should be a place of no judgement. Every body is different and everyone's body goes through different things. So if during my practice I feel light headed to the point where I completely lose my vision... I should be able to stop my practice and take a moment to regain my strength, no judgement. Unfortunately, this is not the case at Chopra Yoga Centre. When I had to leave the room to cool down and regain MY VISION, the instructor, Marcus, called me out in front of the whole class insinuating that I wasn't working hard enough. As I returned to the room, he laughed at me. It was incredibly rude and conceded of him. And from some of the other reviews I've read this is not an uncommon encounter at this studio. I would not recommend this studio and will not be returning after my month trial ends.

Loved my class. Small group, great energy, minute neck massage and oils. 🙏🏼 also tried a new pose!

I have been coming here for only a few months and already feel like I have been welcomed into a family by the staff and the regular yogi's. Moni is great at creating a studio that feels like a second home.

Great experience. Super happy with my choice

Love this studio. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the hot yoga classes are, well, hard. The classes are supposed to be hard. I see some of the low reviews here pertain to 'being called out'; I can say with certainty that if an instructor does that, it is with good intentions and for your benefit.
