Great place to practice traditional Ashtanga Yoga. Cozy studio; safe instruction; committed teachers and students; a variety of classes (Mysore and Led) and times.

Perfect little ashram. Intimate studio that feels genuine and focused. Teachers are outstanding; knowledgeable and attentive

The head teacher is absolutely great. However, she would be on vacation most of the time while you pay a premium membership of 180$ per month. The very few descent teachers who are capable of the job teach very rarely (maybe their side job?) but those sub-par teachers who might get you injured teach nearly every day. I do not understand why those sub-par teachers are allowed to teach, and I hope that the office bought them enough insurance. Periodically there will be people taking photographs of you practicing without asking for permission. I do not even know where those photographs end up going.
