My first week I did hot fast and furious and hot yoga flow and really enjoyed both! Instructors offered variations so this studio is definitely great for all levels. There's also great variety in class types so you can find the right classes for you.

I took my first Zumba classes this week on the recommendation of a friend. Chloe on Tuesdays incorporates dance in her workout and Christian's focus is on having fun through movement. I feel so much more positive after the workouts and l am looking forward to taking more classes. Awesome teachers.

I went to Fast and Furious Fusion with Diana. I had done a few other types of classes here but this was by far my favourite. She got us moving a lot and was super fun without being too intense. I recommend going to this studio and especially taking Diana’s classes! All the classes are suitable for all levels as you can make modifications to suit your needs.

I have signed up for the one week trial. The place is pleasant and the staff are friendly. Christina - the owner - is super nice. she guided me during the class, which was exactly what I was looking for, being new to yoga.

i love this studio because of the wide range of classes. It is not just yoga, there are many fitness classes that are challenging and help me reach my fitness goals, and other classes that are focused more on relaxation, meditation and stretching. Plus, its a very motivating and positive environment. Very worth the money
