I really enjoyed my experience at One Hour Hot Yoga. It is a very different style than my studio back home, but I did get a lot out of it. - I only took the One Hour Hot Yoga class, so cannot speak to the Yin or Flow classes - The class if exactly the same every time. You will go through the same sequence of postures. - The standing part of the class is very balance focused. You stand to improve your balance quickly if you take this class regularly. - The second half is floor work with many short Savasanas between postures. It takes some getting used to if you've never practiced this way before. - The prices could not be beat. I was blown away at the value. - Dan is a lovely proprietor and overall the studio feels very clean and safe. I was very grateful to have found such a vibe in my work travels.

It's a really nice studio in downtown Vancouver. Owner Dan is so helpful. He cares deeply about helping practitioners perfect the postures. The facilities are neat and tidy. Water is provided. Reasonably priced drop-in rate. The one hour class is great to get a quick workout.

The folks who run this place are people with exceptional service. They make an effort to remember your name and make sure you are comfortable. The instructors have been very good with making sure we are doing each pose correctly. I've had an amazing experience each visit. The place is very clean, not too busy, prices are fantastic. Yoga is new to me and 1 hour Hot Yoga has given me a great introduction and impression.

I attended the hot classes at One Hour Hot Yoga while I was at a HCI International 2017 conference this summer. I had a great time at this studio. I attended a class every day of my visit, and I learned something new every day. I really enjoyed the "silent" class. I really like the fact that the yogis here were willing to talk with me after class. There were some poses and asanas that were new to me and the staff really took the time to explain things after class. I also appreciated the fact that as a traveler everything I needed, mats, towels, and water are available at a reasonable price. (Bottled water is less expensive than at the grocery next door.)
