I cant give them more or less stars then 3, they have alot of classes and alot of locations which is rad. BUT, I find the class sizes (in the evenings) when I was going were always PACKED, the teachers didnt help with how to move into poses or even adjust peoples stances. For over 100+ a month I expect more from the teachers and staff. They used to have alot more lil perks to going, which makes sense when youre paying alot. But now everythingthings seems really cooperate. I wouldnt suggest my friends to go here because frankly it is way to expensive. But, at the same time if someone DOES wanna try it i wont turn them away.

This is more of a corporate stretch centre, I wouldn't call it yoga. There used to be hair spray and lotion and now there is just cheap shampoo and conditioner - if you are lucky enough to find a shower stall that has been filled. The line ups (and rush) to get into the classes take the feeling of peace away, effectively missing the whole point of yoga. I have had promotions promised to me but not honoured here and as such will not be returning to yyoga. It's too bad that yyoga has a monopoly on the yoga market and has caused the smaller family businesses to close down. The quality of the teachers has declined substantially over the last few years. It is more about the poses without much direction or teaching, just naming the poses. This can be dangerous if you are new and need to learn properly to prevent long term injury from repetitive misalignment. And what happened to the app? do you guys not make enough money to have an app instead of giving the option of installing to the home screen? not cool.

The facility is gorgeous and has everything you need. The sauna is a wonderful and spacious. In the three classes I attended all three teachers were novice in my opinion. Little explanation about how to move into the poses. Modifications for those who are capable of the 'full expression' of a pose, but no modifications for others who aren't in the same place. Long lasting standing poses in hot classes. Novice customer service staff.

I just started with Yyoga and I liked it so far. The staff was very helpful, and attentive! I'm not sure why there are people complaining about how they didn't get to go to class because they were running late. It's courtesy to arrive earlier to class instead of running in there rushed. I've been going to BARRE classes with Jessica BOWMAN and other yoga/trx classes for the last month. Jessica BOWMAN's classes are AMAZING. I've been working out regularly (weights/hiit classes) and her energy combined with great music makes you walk out with a smile on your face knowing you killed the workout.

I arrived 10 minutes before class and was turned away because I didn't have photo ID on me. The staff were not accommodating or sympathetic at all. I have a $40 giftcard that I won't be using because I'm too uncomfortable to go back. There are a million yoga studios in this city...why go to one that creates extra barriers for potential clients and treats them poorly? edit: I see other reviewers have had the same experience so it looks like the studio just doesn't care.
