I love the visiting teachers Semperviva brings to their studios. I've traveled to Vancouver twice for weekend workshops specifically because of the experienced, knowledgeable presenters they host. The studios are clean, staff are welcoming and friendly, and the City studio is super easy to access by transit.

Friendliest yoga studio I've ever been. I definitely recommend trying a power class too. Each instructor has hos/her different style

I attended the free Valentines Day class with Gloria Latham and really enjoyed myself! At first I thought it would be too many people packed into a room but with the dim lighting it didn't feel very cramped. The music was great, the breathing and stretching exercises were perfect for people in all skill levels, only complaints were the water lineup at the end and slightly dirty feet but that's what you get with so many people! I definitely see myself doing this at least once per month to let go of some built up stress. Thanks Gloria!

Semperviva overall gets 5 stars for their teachers, variety of yoga offerings , frequency of classes and general good vibes. Out of the 4 facilities, this is the largest and my least favorite. Because it accommodates many yogis the most popular teachers often teach here. Mats & props provided. Drop ins too 👐

Love the Semperviva vibe, atmosphere and classes are amazing. Definitely helped me out through some stressful times while opening the food truck and restaurant. Namachickpea
