I took prenatal classes with Kasia and really enjoyed them. She's personable and knowledgeable and gives great information on how to deal with different aspects of pregnancy during and after/postpartum. She's more than just a yoga teacher. I think she's truly passionate about what she does and you can see it in her work with moms-to-be. I look forward to taking other classes with her after I give birth. Thank you Kasia!

My fiance bought Kasia's pre-natal yoga couples workshop as a Valentine's gift. I was really surprised and impressed by the information and tools Kasia taught us to use during the labour of our baby (our first, due in June). I feel so much more empowered and calmer knowing how my fiance can support me physically during that time. Kasia's approach was hands-on and extremely practical whilst also very cheeky and fun that made the whole 90 minutes very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this workshop for any expectant mothers and their partners.

My daughter and I loved the mom & baby class! The environment is very warm and comfortable and I felt at ease nursing or tending to her as needed. Kasia loves babies and has mastered teaching while entertaining. It was a great way to get out of the house and relax my aching mommy muscles. :)

At the end of a long, activity-filled day with my two young children, restorative yoga class is everything my tired brain and body could look forward to! A blanket, a bolster, an eye pillow and heavy sand bags are some of the props that Kasia has readied beside my mat to help me fully dive into the grounding and therapeutic effects of restorative yoga. She gently modifies the poses to accommodate for my personal health challenges and places the props that assist in holding a stretch longer. Her studio's dimmed lights, meditative music and gentle aroma therapy are conductive to finding stillness and centering and I just can't recommend it enough!

I love Kasia's prenatal yoga class! She gives us helpful tips about labour and postnatal care. Her class is challenging yet easy on our growing bodies. I'm excited to bring my babe to her baby and me classes :)
