This place is so amazing. I am new to yoga. I have very poor mobility. After 3 months of yoga at rasa, I have seen a lot of improvement. Great classes and teachers. Highly recommend this studio.

Absolutely altruistic and informative Yoga sessions conducted at Rasa-Yoga. I can categorically state, this is The BEST Yoga studio in Tri-Cities (potentially in entire Greater Vancouver region) and my best learning-experience so far in the last 15 years. Kudos to Mak (yoga instructor here) who not only ensures that you learn correct way of doing Yoga postures, but will also develop your Yogic mind-set and philosophy, which is way beyond physical practice elevated to cosmic plane. For any seasoned or new yoga learners, I earnestly recommend just try for one month (nominal new member fee) and make your own objective assessment. This place indeed is information-mine on Yoga-Knowledge. Each instructor is a gem of its own kind, immensely glad that I found this Rasa Yoga in POCO downtown. Best, Tr-Cities Resident, 15 years.

So grateful I found this yoga studio! The yoga practiced at this studio is the true pure forms of yoga. The goal looks to be to share the absolute beauty, strength and healing powers of yoga with all. Absolutely love it! I've been to few classes but felt the difference from the first class I attended. I thank owners for establishing this sacred place🙏🏼

I'm very impressed with Rasa studio located in Port Coquitlam. The facility is very clean and neat. I have tried a few teachers there and I like them all, but my favourite teacher is, hands down, Mac! He is the Guru of yoga! The knowledge he has is boundless! The way he teaches is amazing! I and a few of my friends from that studio would really love to attend more of his classes as just 2 evening classes a week is not enough! We would also be happy if his classes could be a bit longer!

Best Yoga studio I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.I really enjoy Mak's classes as he is highly professional and delightful teacher, who helps you to aim a positive personal changes. Very comfortable and calming atmosphere is always here For those who don't actually live in Port Coquitlam, the excellence of this Rasa Flow Yoga studio is still absolutely worth the drive.
