Yoga 360 was my first yoga experience ever. I had no idea what to or how the class flowed. When I approached the instructors for help and advice I was told to just watch and learn from others. When I tried to leave the room in the middle of class cause I was feeling light headed and dizzy I was told I wasn’t allowed to leave and to take child’s pose and drink water. Being my first class I had no idea what he was talking about. I continued my one month trial and found it was the same thing every class just 60min or 90min. When my one month trial ended and I was asked if I was gonna renew and I said no they were very rude about it.

Started off as a positive experience but as soon as I wanted to end my membership because I didn't have enough time for it the vibe totally turned. I asked the lady who is usually upfront in charge of sign in what the protocol was to quit, she informed me she did not know and would contact me. I waited to be contacted but was not so I called them back and was informed that I would have to pay for an extra month since I had missed the deadline to quit (when in reality I had not I was waiting to be contacted). I talked to Candice, the owner, and was informed that she did not care and I would have to pay when in reality she should have accepted that her staff had made a mistake. Instead of this she decided to insist that the advise of her staff had not taken place. Candice does not value her customers and is only concerned about making money. They will treat you well as long as they know they are receiving your money. I was going to keep attending Yoga360 with class cards but after this incident but particularly the way I was treated I will be taking my business elsewhere to a company who values their customers.

Very friendly staff and a wide variety of class. Great place for beginners to begin their journey with the practice of yoga!!!

I would give 5 stars, but I am concerned about advice given by some instructors, including encouraging feeling dizzy, (room was 40°C) going "beyond your flexibility," and "your elbows / back / neck should hurt." Please do not cave to bad advice and hurt yourself!
