If your looking for a studio that has amazing energy in a beautiful calming space which is like being wrapped in a gentle hug believe is the place to go great classes great teachers . If you not sure whether it's for you try the free class and I think you will feel somewhat the same.

Just started coming here this fall since the tolls were removed on the Golden ears bridge. I live in Walnut Grove and it takes less than 10 min to get to this wonderful place. Highly recommended for all people who are looking to try Yoga or are veteran Yogi's. So welcoming and very knowledgeable instructors who really care.

Can't access schedule on their website unless you accept their stupid cookies, why have they rigged that up like that, ridiculous! I wonder what their ultimatum is? Next their POCO studio has been redecorated, but not in the spirit of true yogic tradition, they have added heavy curtains to the front windows, which they close, and it makes it feel claustrophic and even smaller of a space than it really is. They have added knick knacks and decorative items that look like they are from a big box store in the burbs and made in China, don't know why they do it, I liked the room a lot better before, bare minimalism, more in the true spirit of yogic tradition. They have some of the same teachers, as before, oh and they cancel classes rather unpredictably, so you have to keep checking on the schedule to see if class is actually on, which you can't do unless you accept the stupid cookies from their site. I showed up yesterday at the POCO location, ready to sign up for 1 month as their special is advertised out front, it was a Monday, Mira told me to come tomorrow she was on, and I said yeah I would, I got there and they had cancelled the class. It has happened all too frequently that they cancel the class scheduled, they will probably go out of business at this location, seeing the practice of constant class cancellation. Their Pitt Meadows studio is horrid, small, windowless, hot, dark, it feels like some kind of reptilian swamp yoga is taking place there, yoga is about enlarging expanding space inside you, but I just felt claustrophic and boxed in that environment, the exact opposite from what I was hoping for.
