I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst yoga studio I have ever been to. The room is dark and so small only fit for 10-15 people and they burn incense to cover up all the pools of sweat. I could only stay in there for 5 minuets, felt like vomiting. There’s no showers or changing rooms or lockers you have to keep your things outside the room and the washroom you need to change in was so dirty. To top it all off the yoga instructor was 10 minuets late. Was a good thing I just spent $10 for a week. Never going back there and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

What a wonderful experience! From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel the welcoming vibe. The receptionist was very kind, and walked me through the procedure, as it was my first time. The studio is small, but it is very clean, and the space is used well. There were great modifications for me, and when I got confused, the instructor immediately sensed it, and came to assist me with more direction, without pointing me out and making me feel awkward. Am definitely going back!

I've been to three other locations for Oxygen Yoga fitness classes, and this one is the cleanest and best environment, the atmosphere really changes the dynamic of your work out for the better, especially for relaxation. Smells fresh with their diffusers and they always make sure the space is mopped after every class. Where other locations don't. Would recommend this location out of the rest. The classes are always different and a good sweat. For real though. The instructors are very kind and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Super small studio, no receptionist at front, another student let me in or I'd have spent 30 mins waiting outside in the cold. The most disgusting part for me was that the previous class had left sweat puddles on the floor and the instructor kindly moved my mat for me right on to them. Suffice it to say, I've thrown that mat away and shan't be returning.

Horrible. Tiny space, no changroom, bumping into people the entire time, door locked upon arrival, no receptionist until the end. Lots of time slots online but when you go to book they are all full. Will never go back. Just glad I only wasted $10 for a week which was only 1 day.
