Absolutely amazing. Excellent space. Excellent commitment to yoga schedule and facilities. Great for everyone. I like best about it that it isn't as "spiritual" as other venues. While respecting the yoga practice and peace , they allow incorporation of different music types for each practice. Workouts are amazing and in the warm yoga, sweating from the top of your head to your toes is expected. Feel energized, feel rested, feel strengthened, feel revived. (No photos to respect the privacy of those participating in a practice.)

I have practiced yoga at a number of studios, with a number of teachers and I can honestly say that Namaskar is one of my favourites. The space and the teachers at this studio embody the philosophy of yoga by creating a welcoming, comforting place for yogis of all levels to come and practice. The teachers are kind, supportive, and knowledgable. The studio itself is a sanctuary and offers all of the props one would need, including mats and lovely eye pillows, free of charge for use during practice. I cannot say enough good things about Namaskar. Practicing at Namaskar is like coming home. I am so grateful to Shelley and the rest of the teachers and students at Namaskar for creating such a lovely community.

I'm very grateful for my experience at Namskar. I enjoyed all of the different types of classes that the studio offers. There is a variety of amazing, knowledgeable teachers to guide you through your practice. Prices are reasonable and the studio is very clean. Highly recommended!

Namaskar Yoga Studio is nothing but the ideal yoga studio. I’ve been a yogi at Namaskar for three months now and can honestly say it’s felt like home since day one. The studio itself is exceptional clean, the people are warm welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere allows you to forget the outside world for a little bit of our hectic lives and let go. Highly recommend this to all! 🙏🏼

I've had the privilege of practising yoga at many studios with different instructors over the years. While each experience offers something new and valuable, my husband and I found the Yin classes at Namaskar with Shelley to be outstanding for many reasons. Shelley, the owner, is an experienced and knowledgeable instructor -- her classes are varied, relaxing and effective. I've been leaving her classes feeling spiritually cleansed, mentally focused and physically 'unbound'. Yin is a great complement to weight lifting! I love Shelley's warm and authentic spirit and calming presence. The studio itself is perfect -- not cluttered, fussy or commercial. Just bright, clean, pretty, welcoming and well-equipped. You can easily get started with a one-week first-timer pass that allows you to attend as many classes as you'd like for one reasonable price.
