This is a great place for everyone - no ego, no attitude. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a small studio experience. Thanks for everything!

Yoga Union has become my new sanctuary, when I'm there I feel loved and respected by my fellow yogis and teachers. They offer a really big variety of intensity levels as well so its perfect for beginners to intermediate. I Plan to stay at this studio for as long as I live in the area :)

I have been a member of this studio for many years. It has such a wonderful inviting atmosphere. Ive been to other studios and no one has compared to Yoga Union. The staff and teachers are very supportive and knowledgeable. They have been extra helpful guiding me through postures that I may have difficulties with due to my spinal cord condition. I mostly practice the 26&2 hot classes as they have helped me fight pain with my condition the most. My body has completely transformed for the better because of this practice. I have made life long friendships with the other members of this studio. There is such a warm cozy feeling of community here. I would be devastated without this studio.

Yoga Union provides not only a place to practice yoga, but to connect with community. Offering a wide-range of styles with everything from hot to yin, the teachers and team members go above and beyond to make you feel at home!

I would strongly not recommend Steve’s Hot 60 class at Yoga Union in Tsawwassen. My experience, on October 8th, was that the practice was not MY practice. Steve called me out multiple times in front of the whole class for drinking water and practicing variations of poses. He made me feel uncomfortable to practice in a way that benefited MY body. I felt that Steve targeting me in class was not professional nor does it speak to the principles of yoga. Don’t waste your money or your time on this studio.
