I would totally recommend 30 Minute Hit to any women, any age looking for a great workout with amazing trainers who will push you and believe in you the whole time!

30 Minute Hit is a great work out that starts when you get there and it's only 30 minutes. The trainers are super friendly and are always there to teach you new techniques. It is also a great place to meet new friends, who help cheer you on at the end! I am so glad I did the free trial!

This gym is a part of my day. It has made me stronger and more confident. As well I have lost inches and have toned up. It is a place I go for me. It is easy to make 30 minute hit in your routine for the day. You are in and out in 30 minutes.

I absolutely love 30 minute hit. I have been going for just about two years and to this day find it just as challenging as when I started. If Lisa or Emily see that somethings is not as challenging they always find a new way to challenge me. 30 minute hit is a part of my day and I feel stronger and more confident since starting.

Leesa, Karen & Emily are the best trainers I have worked-out with. They are always upbeat, take the time to help you improve your skills and push you when you need it. I recently had an injury to my arm and they showed me how the program can be modified so that I am able to continue working out with the injury. I appreciate all that they do every day! You ladies rock!!!!
