I love this gym. The staff is very welcoming and the owners, in my experience, are very accommodating. There is a good variety of equipment and I have yet need something that isn't there. I personally really enjoy the smoothies. Finally the people that do go to this gym even though some look very intimidating they are really nice. If you live close to this gym I do recommend becoming a member

I had never truly been comfortable or confident going to the gym but since joining No Limits Fitness I've seen a massive shift within myself. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and going to bootcamp is something I look forward to. The yoga studio is also great, again very friendly and knowledge staff. If your looking for a positive community to work on bettering yourself with, I highly recommend No Limits Fitness.

I've been going to No Limits Fitness for 4 years now, I have been to many different gyms and I can honestly say this one takes the cake. Great atmosphere, great equipment; they have squash court, sauna, steam room. The owners treat their customers like family and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I look forward to going there everyday. It's a very uplifting place and I know people personally who have had their lives changed from NLF; the atmosphere at No Limits Fitness actually make you want to work out. Thank you to everyone that makes this gym so great. I really appreciate having No Limits Fitness to go to everyday.

No limits is the best gym I have been to during my fitness journey. Every time I walk in, I know I will be greeted with smiles and welcoming helloâ€™s. The staff are amazing and will help out with anything you need and if you take time to get to know them, they will slowly become your fitness family! Never been more excited to workout at no limits!

I have been going to No Limits Fitness for five years now and it has changed my life in so many positive ways. The atmosphere at No Limits is very welcoming and they make you feel like family. The facility and equipment are clean and top notch. The trainers are very motivational, knowledgeable and professional. Maria Maywood has personally helped me reach my fitness goals by pushing and inspiring me to discover new heights in physical and mental strength.
