I came into the Kelowna store yesterday to return an online purchase. The service I received was super efficient and friendly. The staff here are always great, even when I’ve had to return a defective item. I’ve never had a problem at this location :D

Just went into the Kelowna store for the first time. Makayla helped me and she did an amazing job helping me choose what I was looking for. I would highly recommend you go see her for her knowledge of the products and her outstanding customer service. Great work Makayla!!! I hope you get a raise. 😉

I had an excellent experience here and I wanted to share. I bought 2 tank tops about a month ago and I always buy a size 6, they fit great in the change room and I went home a happy customer. However I began to notice that after wearing these tanks for about half an hour they started to bag out/loosen quite a bit, and I was very disappointed as I love the fit and feel. I went back yesterday and bought a different colour in a size 4, as I figured now they will bag out to normal size (I might sound crazy for repurchasing but they are so soft and flattering when they fit right!). I explained to the lady as I bought the new tank my issue with the previous 2 I purchased and she told me to bring them back in. I brought them in today and spoke with a different lady, explaining my story and she swapped both used tanks for 2 brand new in size 4. Thanks Lulu you have awesome service!!!!
