My favorite yoga studio in Kelowna! Its in a great location with the view of the lake. The people at the desk are very friendly and make an effort to remember your name when you come in through the door. The yoga studio itself has a great infrared heating system so it warms you up from the inside out... you sweat differently than other hot yoga classes. And they put a cold lemon grass towel on your forehead after each class which is an awesome way to end the practice! Love it

Honestly, this place is great. I've been to a few of the spots around Kelowna, and there is something about the Hot Box that just seems to keep me coming back. I think it's the personal touches, the great staff at the front desk to chat with before class, the lemon grass towels at the end of class, or having someone play live guitar all practice while you melt into your body. Very impressed, and I wish the best for the team. Will continue to be a customer for years to come. :)

Did my first hot yoga at the west side studio today with instructor Ally. She was amazing and the class flowed beautifully. I will definitely be returning for more classes as I felt so empowered and rejuvenated when I left the studio. Namaste!

Hot Box Yoga, best place to practice in Kelowna! The teachers are so welcoming and accommodating to all levels of yogis. The studio is beautiful and the perfect temperature. Enough to get a good sweat on, but not to turn into a puddle (haha). At the end of each class you get a cool lemon grass towel, which is just the icing on the cake. If you're in Kelowna you must stop by Hot Box!
