I never dread my “workout”...and a workout it surely is!!! When you combine your workout with Dance it’s heavenly. You can sweat your a** off and not even realize because the fun /enjoyment over rides the workout! Been living and loving my Dance Fitness (aka Jazzercise) for 25 years and looking forward to the next 25!!! The Yoga Flow is a bonus and improves my quality of life and keeps my joints and muscles happy and ready to dance anytime! And I love group fitness, sharing together in good health with a tribe of ladies I love ❤️ Full meal deal, my medicine, my everything ❤️ Thanks Move & Flow, Sara and everyone for all you do 😊

A place to dance away your worries & stress. This is a friendly, non-competitive environment. Everyone is here to have a fun workout. Instructors are super-supportive & friendly. Haven't tried the yoga, but I plan to... I've heard it's great as well.

I was tired of the gym routine and the bootcamps where I was constantly watching the clock. I knew as soon as I finished my first dance fitness class at Move and Flow, I found something I would not only stick to, I would look forward to it! Great instructors, great members, excellent workout and it's FUN! You can get your cardio, strength and Zen all at the same place.

What an amazing fun class! Finding a class I can laugh in dance have tons of fun and no judgement this is the group of girls! All the while losing my post baby weight. With my spinal injuries I wanted a class I can adapt with my limitations and not be afraid to try to “keep up” with the rest of the class. I laugh and smile the whole way through.and making new friends😃 It’s a must try!👍
