The Kelowna Yoga House provides one of the most warm, welcoming, encouraging communities of Iyengar yoga practice I've encountered over my twenty years as an Iyengar yoga student. The studio spaces are beautiful and the teaching is top notch! Together the teachers offer a range of classes and times to accomodate people of any age with a range of yoga practice needs. For me, yoga is a practice that provides more than physical alignment and wellness: it opens a world of understanding about the breath, the spirit, the changes in one's life force and how all aspects function together. I am a lifer!! Kelly

I have been practicing yoga for 27 years! The instructors here are exceptional. This is a safe place to learn and practise yoga. My practise grows leaps and bounds even in a beginner's class, the instructors here are so clear and precise. Thank you sooòooo much Yoga house. Classes here are the highlight to my week.

I am glad I have found this hidden gem! The Kelowna Yoga House teaches yoga in the Iyenger tradition which means you will get the best skilled yoga teachers ever! Classes are not led like many yoga studios do but are thought! Teachers will adjust you and give modifications if necessary and will explain in great detail how you can do an asana right (or wrong). Best of all the Kelowna Yoga House is a non-profit society run by a board of volunteers! So it is all about the yoga community and giving back as well!
