I joined Hannah Day for a couple of her Prenatal Yoga series’ prior to the birth of my second daughter. She’s an amazing, caring instructor who played an important role in my pregnancy journey. Yoga is the best...especially during pregnancy! My “yoga breathes” got me through the delivery of my baby.

I absolutely love being part of the Moga community!!! Everyday moms and little ones bond and workout together. Every moment is real and filled with emotion, struggle and joy! Being able to have an office in the Kelowna studio allows me to connect with former clients and see them in an ongoing way in the community.

Moga is an incredibly welcoming environment where I have made numerous mom friends. The classes are fun and challenging, my son loves the music classes, and I loved all the babywearing activities when he was littler. The special events such as the Halloween Pumpkin Patch provide a fun way to make memories. Can't say enough good things about Moga, Amy, Sara, and all the staff!

Love the workouts, instructors and the socializing! Best place to take your little one with you to work out hands down. MOGA does a great job of offering such a variety of mom and little one classes and women only classes. You will not get bored and always will be challenged if you want to!

I struggled with exercise and often said I was lazy when it came to exercising. I'm the type of person who needs to socialize, I need my children to socialize. Moga is an environment I found where I am able to attend classes and my children are able to socialize. The instructors are knowledgable and supportive. Moga is a positive uplifting environment and I enjoy coming to classes.
