This is a fun, inclusive and energizing environment! Everyone is so friendly. Sara, as an instructor and leader at Move and Flow, is knowledgeable and excellent at motivating her classes. She is a wonderful yoga instructor too and helps you achieve particular goals related to the health and strength of your body. I will be working out and seeking wellness in this location for a long time to come. I am excited to work out every week! Thank you, Sara and all the other wonderful instructors!

I LOVE Jazzercise! Sara has created a wonderful offering for us with incredibly fun and talented teachers. The workouts are a real challenge with lots of modifications for every level. I so look forward to the classes which are always unique and different! I can't say enough about this format for a workout; so much fun and so many calories burned!

I've only been going to jazzercise for about two months now, but am absolutely in love with it. I look forward to going everyday, and am genuinely bummed out when I have to miss it. Sara and all the other instructors are incredible, and make sure you're having fun while also getting a stellar workout. Love this group!

The classes here are for absolutely everyone! Using dance with current music and putting it all together with a full body exercise that really gets your sweat on!! The instructors always make sure we are doing the exercise moves correct and always getting max benifit. The 60min class is probably the fastest hour of my day. I would encourage everyone to try this class.
