I've been working out at global for about 3 months now. This is not my first gym experience. I've found the staff to be friendly and the equipment is in very good shape with a huge facility. I'm one of the weekday pre 7 a.m attendees and it's pretty quiet then. Works well for me. There's a ton of equipment here, if someone is on what you were going to use there's for sure something else that will test the same muscles. Facility is kept clean, change area is a full sized locker room and I've never had trouble finding a locker. I've been here now for about 5 months.

Love my small group class, "FOUNDATIONS" with Chris. Retraining my muscle memory and learning the most beneficial body mechanics for the foundation of everything from picking up after my kids to doing home renovations and even weightlifting. Would define recommend to anyone wanting to step up their health and fitness in a whole new way. ðŸ‘

Staff are friendly and helpful if you need them. The squash and tennis courts are fantastic. Locker room is always tidy with occasional out of stock supplies of soap and paper towels but not very often. They have been painting and renovating to give a clean sharp update and it looks great! :) The amount of equipment they have is tremendous and amazing. Sometimes in the afternoon it can get busy but still youâ€™re never crowded for space which is nice. Mornings are the best time I find to blast through a workout. Only thing that bugs me is some of the equipment is old. Which is totally fine for weights and those machines. But the stand/sit up exercise bikes seriously need replacing. Only a couple are actually in working order with the others either missing parts or when youâ€™re pedaling, they are inconsistent with the resistance and there is movement and clicking. I have to add to this. The WiFi is very weak. Music being streamed is always going off and back on. I expect a lot better.

I've been coming here for years and love it. They have tons of equipment and a great team to boot. It's also close to the Landmark buildings, making it easy to squeeze in a workout on my lunch break!
