I came to Hot Box Yoga with high expectations. Originally practicing yoga in Phoenix, AZ, where I experienced many different incredible yoga studios, I wasn't sure if I would get the same high quality experience. My first class at Hot Box Yoga I discovered it was above my high expectations. One of the most mindful and therapeutic classes I have experienced in my 10 years of practicing. As both a Physiotherapist and certified yoga instructor, I highly recommend Hot Box Yoga to everyone of all levels!

I love my time at the hot box! The staff are always super friendly, the teachers continue to surprise you, and the room is always so warm and cozy. Would definitely recommend for both beginners and experienced practitioners! Thanks for everything you do!

This Hot Box studio is absolutely incredible! The studio is beautiful, there is always such a great energy and the instructors are amazing! There is also a wide variety of classes and they ensure that there is something for everyone! This studio has become a place for me to grow over the past year and learn more about myself and my practice. I am so grateful for the uplifting and empowering space that this studio and it's instructors provide. Emilie is an amazing instructor! I would highly recommend the Hot Box !

Wonderful studio and staff. Definitely recommend. It was my first time doing yoga, and am happy I did it at the Hot Box. Melea, was very nice and told me that I could take the first class for free. I appreciate her costumer service as I did not know i was going to like yoga. The yoga studio has a variety of classes. The staff that I have encounter are very friendly, knowledgeable and organized. They are caring and mindful of who is new to the class. They even make sure to learn the name of the new people (Melea). All of them have a great energy and positive attitude.

So thankful to finally have found The Hot Box Yoga! I've often struggled to find a studio with the perfect balance of spirituality and workout and the Hot Box is it. I tried the one month beginner pass and loved it, I'm now a frequent flyer, and rave about it to anyone looking to try it out. The studio itself is new, bright and clean with friendly staff and a great energy. They have a variety of instructors that each have their individual style, and offer classes ranging from flow to more challenging power classes for a sweaty workout. Would definitely recommend!
