I was never really motivated and didn’t really like going to the gym until I signed up here. The staff does an amazing job of motivating you and making you feel welcome to every single class. The heart monitors are great to show how hard you’re working. I enjoy the group setting and how they change the class daily to mix things up. Every class I complete I feel like I accomplished a great work out.

Haven't experienced a better, more intense workout with great results until I came here!

Ive gotten so many friends and people from my work at Interior Health onto OTF! Once Ive given them the brief on what to expect at a class, they can't wait to start burning in their Orange Zone. Such a cool concept to working out and ITS FUN! It is a great way to get motivated, to get in shape and meet such a great group of people! I wish the classes went later, the only down fall vs a traditional gym. But its a great start if you need some guidance or that extra little PUSH! Would highly recommend! Special thanks to Emily for sorting my membership out today!

Great experience! Front desk are always nice and helpful. The trainers are also encouraging and really push you to get the best workout in. Your first class is free and definitely worth checking out!
