Blissful yoga practices, stunning views, nourishing gourmet meals, and enough downtime to lounge at the pool or explore the scenic trails. I highly recommend Okanagan Yoga Retreat if you are looking for your rejuvenating weekend getaway! Shauna and Kristie are such gracious, warm, and caring hosts. The yoga experience is exceptional. Shauna's yoga & meditation sessions are thoughtful, skillful, and inclusive for all levels. I couldn't be more grateful to have Okanagan Yoga Retreat as my first yoga retreat experience. Thank you, Shauna & Kristie!!

Honestly I would go every month if I could. My friend and I had a great one there, really embracing sisterhood and what the retreat has to offer in both activities and spirit! I still use a lot of what I got out of that weekend in my every day life and definitely recommend it to anyone. It can be as serious or light as you'd like but the bottom line is you'll enjoy the company, yoga, food, location and the Nyrose ladies who host this fabulous retreat. 💜💜

All I can say is AMAZING! Everything about this yoga retreat is 5 stars, from the beautiful accommodations, delicious food & wine, yoga classes suitable for anyone complete with practicing on a stunning platform with views of the mountains and lake, and most of all the wonderful woman. Shauna and Kristie truly think of everything and make you feel so comfortable, it is truly a weekend to reconnect! If you have ever thought about attending a yoga retreat I would highly recommend OYR, I promise you will leave feeling inspired and full of love!

We had an amazing weekend, Sister Kristie and Sister Shauna created a warm and welcoming environment. They made each of us feel like we were their special guests. Predator Ridge was a spectacular venue, breathtaking views and excellent food. We celebrated our 50th birthdays and we were thrilled to share it with our new sisters. An unforgettable weekend that needs to be repeated.

Shauna and Kristie are the most wonderful and talented ladies in the business. I would go quarterly if I could.. The retreat is in a beautiful setting, and is the perfect mix of yoga, mindfulness, connection and so much fun! Shauna is an amazing teacher, the setting is gorgeous and food/accommodations perfect. Looking forward to going again soon xo
