Excellent treatments, deep, deep fascia work for more than relaxation - to realign the structure of your body so the pain has no reason to be there.. Writing as someone who does acupuncture, IMS, prolotherapy and other injections, this is where I refer many patients dealing with pain and it's where I go too.

Stephanie is a very talented and thorough practitioner. Through our series of sessions I shifted from someone who was consistently and prohibitively sore and stiff to now having better posture, flexibility, less pain, as well as several tips and techniques to hopefully keep it that way!

I received Rolfing many years ago by someone personally trained by Ida Rolf. Stephanie was better. Highly recommended!

What the heck is rolfing?! I finally found out and I'm so glad that I did! Rolfing is like the best deep tissue massage you always wish your massage therapist would give you except better because rolfing requires interaction between the rolfer and the client. Because of this interaction, it forces you to be present during your appointment which makes it easier to relax and get into that "zone" that I can never maintain during massage therapy appointments because my mind will constantly wonder. I feel wonderful after my first session with Stephanie and would recommend rolfing to anybody seeking a relaxing, more comprehensive alternative to massage thereapy. I cant wait for my next session!
