I'm taking my Emergency First Aid here, and our instructor Jen is awesome! The facility is beautiful and the course itself is packed with good information. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Quesnel arts and recreation centre is a great place to spend some time with the kids or alone. Having both a kids pool and full size pool enables both kids and adults space to relax. Three saunas, and a hot tub add to the relaxation. If you are looking for a workout, either cardio or strength training there is a fully stocked gym with plenty of space and a respectable number of machines. Personal training is available in both the gym and the pool, as well as scheduled classes. The arts side of the centre includes art areas, dining hall / gathering Hall and several rooms available for a variety of activities. The rec centre also puts on several arts courses for all ages and skills throughout the year. All in all, Quesnel arts and recreation facilities are top notch!

Always so busy with birthday party's. Night swim with kids is the way to go. They pull out all the good floaty's during less busy times.

Excellent people and terrific services here. The city of Quesnel and the local regional district folks pretty much saved our lives when we were evacuated from the south Cariboo due to wildfires last July. Can't say enough good things about this place.

The pools are often very busy to the point where I would consider it crowded. Other than it being usually busy the pools are clean and the steam room is amazing. The gym is somewhat antiquated and much of the equipment is in dire need of upgrading.
