For anyone who is reading this review or contemplating taking part in Jenna’s retreat then I advise you to do one thing - Be brave and simply book it. I was at cross roads in my life and having some personal problems along with a minor physical injury. Coming on the retreat has already changed my outlook on life and improved me as a person. I don’t say this lightly but it was the best decision I’ve ever made. It is for everyone of all ages, shape & size. From flexible people to injured people it was simply a group of people together on a memorable journey. The staff at the retreat are also first class and so very accommodating. I’m not a natural happy joyous person but several times during the retreat I just smiled for no reason and I could feel the smile inside of me, something I had never felt before. I had never done yoga or meditation however it is something I will now integrate with my normal daily life. I believe this retreat will help me to continue a relationship with my children and be a good father which was one of my reasons for coming here. I rate Jenna’s retreat so strongly that I have decided to book my Mother one the next one in Bali. From the bottom of my heart thank you to Jenna and to all the staff who made this journey such a memorable one. Namaste

My favorite RMT is Jenna. She is amazing! Never fails me since the first time I had a massage with her. She is our family's favorite. We love her. She is the best among the BEST.

Jenna creates a beautiful, safe space of peace, calm and quiet positive energy in all of her yoga and massage practices. Her yoga retreats are the best I have experienced on the planet and worth making the effort to attend and be present in mind, body and spirit. Jenna is a gifted soul who shares her light and lets it shine in others. Namaste Marie L.

I first met Jenna through her breath workshop and was really impacted by her groundedness; that workshop literally changed my life. Then I started seeing her for massage and I've been seeing her regularly for over a year now. Massage therapy has always been a regular part of my life so I've had many different therapists over the years. Since moving to Squamish I've tried a few different ones here in town but Jenna is by far the best. She listens carefully to what I need worked on and whether it's a specific trouble that I ask her to go deep on or whether I just need a calming, grounding experience, she's able to give me what I need. Her calm, caring personality shines though in her work and I always leave feeling better.

My experience at One Tree Wellness with Jenna was amazing. She is very friendly from the begining and was able to help my body and mind relax while working on neck and back issues. I would highly recommend!
