Amy is an amazing Practitioner! I have been seeing her for about 4 years now and I will continue to follow her wherever she practices. She is extremely skilled at massage but offers so much more. She provides preventative education and practical advice on things I can do to keep myself healthy. She has made a positive impact to my life and I highly recommend her services!

Amy has helped me in more ways than one over the years with a variety of aches and pains and more recently muscle imbalance due to scoliosis. She's very knowledgeable, intuitive and extremely caring. Amy's own fitness level and determination to help people keep moving at their best level keeps me coming back! I highly recommend Amy!

Apart from being an amazing human being, Amy is a truly talented RMT with her natural and empathetic ability to heal –not only by schooling and her tremendous understanding of the human body but by intuition and honest curiosity. Amy is uniquely thorough and very invested in trying to help you get one step closer to achieving your goals. I can highly recommend her!

Amy has been working with me to deal with a sporadic muscle issue in my back. Through the process she has approached my issue as a true professional, through questioning, trial and error and systematic problem solving. Part of my hesitation with going to an RMT was that I would simply feel "better" after the treatment, and have no long term improvement. My symptoms have improved through the process with Amy, and I've learned how to mitigate them when I can. Amy has an excellent approach to massage therapy, and it is evident that she truly wants to understand the roots of your ailment and find a dynamic solution.

Amy is the best RMT I’ve ever worked with, hands down. She’s friendly and professional and always knows exactly what I need, no matter what injury I’ve done to myself! Her yoga training, athleticism and continued training gives me absolute confidence and I trust her completely. I’m glad she’s in such a beautiful location in Squamish now and I don’t mind the beautiful drive to get there!
