We cancelled our membership on February 26/2016 by letter dropped off at the facility. For two months money was not removed from my daughter's account . Then, this month Curves changed their name in order to collect money from her account. During the two months after we quit going, there was absolutely no communication from anyone to even ask why we quit. We thought all was sorted out by cancelling our membership in writing ....then I started going through my account to see they continued taking full payment each month for the past two months after cancelling. Curves Vernon.....you set a lousy example for the Curves name.

On your website you advertise three free sessions, which is this case is false advertising. This individual went to your location and told the instructor that she did not want to sign up at that time as she did not have any money. That should have been the first clue that your people would not pressure a person into signing a contract. Out of frustration this individual signed just to get away for the gym. In the meantime her Father has passed away and she was out of province for a while. NOW in the last two weeks you have phoned three times. Do you not have any compassion for a grieving person. Kindly lose the phone number and do not call again. She will not be joining your program and thanks you for one free visit.
